We contacted Sahil after looking at the flats on the housing website. He and his team were very cooperative and had a good inventory of flats availablefor sale. They showed us close to 20-25 flats in the Hiranandani Estate within 2 weekends.
After we finalized the flat, the formalities went hustle free and we got our possession within the pre decided time. The drafting service was also good and there were no major changes.
Even after we shifted Sahil was just a call away for any help required. So overall, we are very happy with the services of Sahil and his team. Keep up the good work!!

I worked with Sahil to sell my flat in Hiranandani Estate Thane. Sahil is extremely diligent, thorough and professional agent. He took care of everything from listing, marketing, showing, negotiating and executing the sale. This was super important for me because I live out of India and I do not have anyone local in Mumbai/Thane. If you are in the market to buy or sale definitely check with Sahil at Ganesha Properties.
